Boat tournaments will have four divisions, separated as follows:
- Beginner – FS 180’s, 1 basic invert allowed in your run
- Intermediate – FS or BS 360’s, 4 *basic inverts allowed in your run
- Advanced – FS 540 and BS 360, Unlimited basic inverts
- Open – No restrictions
Cable tournaments will have four divisions, separated as follows:
- Beginner – FS 180’s, 1 basic invert allowed in your run, no transfers on rails
- Intermediate – FS or BS 360’s, *basic inverts only, no air tricks, transfers at judges discretion
- Advanced – FS 540 and BS 360, basic inverts only, basic air tricks only, all transfers allowed
- Open – No restrictions
*Basic invert or air trick means no handle pass or blind landing
Since the divisions are separated based on skill, there will not be separate men’s/women’s divisions.
Points will be awarded in the following manner. Each team’s points will add up over the course of the first three tournaments and the top 8 teams will be invited to compete in the championship in the spring.
Beginner 1st place – 10 points
Beginner 2nd place – 8 points
Beginner 3rd place – 6 points
Beginner 4th place – 4 points
Beginner 5th place – 2 points
Each participant – 1 point
Intermediate 1st place – 15 points
Intermediate 2nd place – 12 points
Intermediate 3rd place – 9 points
Intermediate 4th place – 6 points
Intermediate 5th place – 3 points
Each participant – 1 point
Advanced 1st place – 20 points
Advanced 2nd place – 16 points
Advanced 3rd place – 12 points
Advanced 4th place – 8 points
Advanced 5th place – 4 points
Each participant – 1 point
Open 1st place – 25 points
Open 2nd place – 20 points
Open 3rd place – 15 points
Open 4th place – 10 points
Open 5th place – 5 points
